To ensure consistent quality, we select AAA-AAAA quality pearls from pearl farms in 6 of the world's most famous pearl origin countries. We have European warehouses, North American warehouses and Asian warehouses overseas, so there may be two packages in one of your orders, but the timeliness is not much different.

Duties & Taxes

Once the package reaches the destination country, any import duties and taxes will be charged and these must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, as customs policies vary from country to country, we have no control over these fees. If you have any questions about customs charges, it is recommended that you contact your local customs.

 

COVID-19 UPDATE

Delivery may take longer than usual due to COVID-19.

SHIPPING: Due to global health events beyond our control, International Express is currently experiencing shipping delays. Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work to keep safety top of mind. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped by our team, and reach out to the carrier for more details if your order is delayed.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We ask that all international customers take note of their own tracking information and receipt as we won't be able to track or monitor this for you. International return packages can take 4 weeks or more to reach our facility. Your return may be delayed in getting back to us due to delays with international carriers.

CAUSES OF DELAY


Tracking updates can be delayed when the following force majeure event happens:
1. Delays/closures due to the impact of COVID-19.
2. Bad weather reasons (heavy rain/tornado/flood/earthquake, etc.).
3. Local reasons such as strikes, statutory holidays, major international conferences, etc.
4. Shortage of peak season flights & personnel and other local reasons.
